Some say land is the best investment, while others say putting your money in the bank for a time deposit is the safest. Others invest in farm lands while others invest in real estates. But it needs hundred thousand or million of pesos to acquire a farm lot or a real estate. Then another cash out for the development of such property before it could be sold to a much higher market value. If I am going to invest, I would like the kind that needs just thousands and not millions and doesn’t need a lot of effort so I am thinking investing in gold coins or silver coins is one thing that suits my preference. I’ll just have to buy gold coins, have it delivered in my address or keep in bank’s safe, then wait for the time that market value for gold is at its highest so I could sell some of it. Nice idea, right? Hope it’s easy as I thought it would be.
Daddy’s dream is to plant his farm land with fruit bearing trees and we want to fulfill that dream for him hopefully soon. We just need funds to develop his farm and buy the planting materials that he needed so he could see his farm teeming with fruits before he retire. We need to work on that because in the end that farm lot will be left to us when Daddy joins Mamang. So aside from the business venture and investing in gold coins that we are considering, we also need to set aside funds for Daddy’s farm. Who knows, the farm will be successful and in at least 5 years, we will reap the fruit of our labor and that would be then the great time to invest in precious metals such as gold. I really look forward for that day when Daddy will start planting seedlings on his farm.
I sold a Coach! I can’t believe it that my maternal aunt bought one of the Coach bags that I am selling in behalf of an online friend. She’s older than my late mother and yet, she’s in with the signature bags that is keeping the young ones go crazy about. Anyway the design and color is not so chic so it’s safe for my aunt. She deserved the bag anyway for she’s been working so hard to manage her eatery in our hometown.
My aunt is also into investing in gold jewelries. My sister Carol fondly calls her Madam Fechini (did I get it right?) and she’s so Emildefic (remember former first lady Imelda Marcos?). I am sure she will also love to buy gold eagle coins because it’s an investment that she could definitely reap the reward in due time. If I’ll sell her gold coins, I am sure she’ll buy it!LOL
