The issue on the hard disk memory is not yet resolved. We are planning to get an external hard drive long before we ran out of space on the CPU’s memory. This is due to the photo files we have that consumed 90% of the computer’s disk space. However, we still didn’t feel the urge to get an external hard drive the soonest because we resort to copying the files to a DVD. I don’t know how to burn files to a DVD but after a day of experimenting how its done, gotcha! I have transferred the photo files to the DVDs we bought in CD-R King. Now I need more DVDs so I would finish copying the photos because I am still almost 5% done so I have a long way to go with this task. The photos will be kept in DVDs for the meantime while haven’t got an external hard disk. Burning the files to the DVD is kinda time consuming and I was thinking if backing up those files in a tape will be faster. Doing so will need tape drive and I’ve no idea if tape drives are being sold in computer stores because I haven’t seen one…or maybe my eyes are only selective when going to computer stores. I only see those things familiar to me. :-)
