The more we age, the slower our metabolism gets, so it’s always best to be careful of what we eat if we want to get rid of excess fats and stay fit. But who could resist a good dessert? The sight of sweets and chocolates are just so inviting you just could not say no to it. Not to mention of course the amount of sugar you get from sodas when you eat out. Good thing there are desserts without the sugar. They look and taste as good, but a lot healthier.
This year I have resolved to be a lot more fit, so it always pays to be more mindful of what I eat. Like they say, “health is wealth”—I couldn’t agree more!
