Ace is more physically active than me. He gets his dose of exercise when he has time and he plays in their company’s basketball tournament every Saturday. Good for him that he sweats a lot. On the other hand, I am on the opposite. I am not into sports activities. My daily exercise includes just walking around the house from time to time, bending and stretching a bit while doing the laundry and some house chores. But I don’t sweat that much. My sedentary lifestyle is the reason why I have grown (though I love it). It wouldn’t be a problem if I gained weight and yet my stamina remained the same as before that I could endure long walks or climb stairs without panting or catching up my breath. Thus I need to boost my stamina and endurance hence we are planning to take an early morning walk at the park. But it seems so hard to wake up early during Sundays (because it’s the only day that Ace could stay in bed as much as he want). Ace thought I need something that could force me to exercise so he was telling me he will get me a stationary bike from his bonus. Yay! Stationary bike or elliptical? Both don’t put too much stress on joints as compared to the real walking or biking so I can’t choose. As long as it will serve the purpose of increasing my stamina and making me fit, I care less. But if ellipticals are cheaper than the former, I would go for it given that some units are on sale at proform[dot]com. Wish they have a store down here so we could also avail of the great discount.
