So what happened to my fruit and veggie diet? I’ve been in that diet weeks ago and I love the result. I felt so light, not bloated and constipated. Also, I noticed I don’t easily get hungry even if I only eat an apple. Anyway, after more than a week, I am slowly taking in a small portion of meat in my meals, but not with every meal. I still have fruit and veggie overload even during my trip to Cebu and still continues that less meat and rice diet until now. I wish to stick to that diet so I won’t gain more and be healthy. After all, it’s only me who will suffer if I don’t control my meat and high carbo intake. Should be serious in this diet or else, I might need weight loss pills in the near future.
