Work is mentally draining and weather is not cooperating. It’s been humid! I thought it’s going to rain but no rainfall the past days so I am wishing to rain later tonight. At this time I wish to experience winter in breckenridge for a change. It is so ironic that people from this side of the planet are wishing for snow while people who are experiencing winter hates that freezing weather! Maybe a winter experience once in a lifetime is enough, for me at least.

While in Cebu last month, I and Ate Eunice (a very good friend) talked about going on vacation. Oh well, nothing new. Ever since, if we ever get the chance to talk, we are planning for a vacation but never worked out that plan to reality. Now we are quite serious. She wanted a vacation abroad…in an island somewhere in Malaysia(?) or somewhere else (the country didn’t really registered in my mind). She said it’s so cold in that island. I wasn’t able to ask her if there are resorts in that island or we’re going to rent (assuming that we are really going in that island) vacation homes like the Outer Banks rentals. Compared to resort cottages, I want vacation homes better because we could do whatever we want, I mean…we can cook (to save from the pricey resort food charges). Well, I am daydreaming again for I am on vacation mode now…for 3 days in a row!

If we’d go abroad for a vacation, I want to visit Europe especifically Paris. I’ve seen a lot of Paris from the telenovela Lovers in Paris, during our local artist – KC Concepcion’s documentary of her stay in Paris as she took her degree in one of the universities there, and from my old-time friend’s tons of photos when she recently visited the place for an official business trip. Then second on the line is honolulu. Guess why it’s my choice. Simple because I love beaches! I love beaches with big waves and with wide shorelines (that I have never seen here in the country). If I’d continue dreaming, I want to be booked in a beach front hotel in Waikiki Beach in Honolulu or other popular spot in Oahu. Big dreams, eh? Just let me be. Anyway it’s free!*lol

…and the year is over. Seems we cannot realize our plan to go on vacation this year for there have been changes in our priorities. Since we are getting our own house, we will begin saving for the household stuffs that we need should we move. Maybe after the move early next year (Lord willing), we can spare some for ourselves to splurge on a short vacation…just a short vacation to relax and unwind from the usual day to day activities. For sure, the destination would be…the beach! How I wish there’s a beachfront vacation rental like the Myrtle beach vacation rentals in one of the places we are planning to visit for I believe renting a vacation cottage is cheaper than staying in a hotel.

Heard of a resort where people are all naked? I thought that’s just a joke but there is! I thought it’s just a rumor but there is really a true resort where people walking around, sunbathing or enjoying the beach water have nothing to cover their private body parts. One Adults Only Mexico Resort is in a secluded white-sand beach in Riviera Maya named Hidden Beach Resort. The name itself suggests what one can see inside the resort. However, Hidden Beach Resort has a certain class and elegance and it’s not just an ordinary resort. Hence, nudists who seek for comfort and luxury go there for the luxurious comfort that the resort offers. For now I can’t see myself with other people in that resort. But I’d be given the chance to be alone in Hidden Beach, I would love to! Afterall, nobody could see me.LOL.
