I finally found time to do the yard work this afternoon. Ace felt guilty so he joined me pulling out the weeds in the yard…but we didn’t finish the whole area. I was seriously hoping a male kid will approach me and offer his service but only female kids are going here asking if we wanted to hire them. Sorry but I have stereotyping on this thing. By looking at them, I think I wouldn’t be happy with their output that’s why I want boys to do the work.

Now for a more serious matter, we are thinking of having our reserved house and lot upgraded to a bigger lot area and floor area. Larger lot area is so important to me because I am used to spacious lots back in the province and I cannot imagine myself living in a tight environment for the rest of my life. With bigger lot area, we could have a DuraMax DuraMate 8×8 Vinyl Storage Shed Kit 00314 that will serve as our storage. We need that storage because for sure, the house cannot accommodate a storage area. So it’s best to have a storage outside of the house.

I haven’t spent much time outside the house these days. I miss going out to breath fresh air during the night because it’s been raining over here almost every night! And if I stay outside more than a couple of minutes, I need a mosquito repellent because I am so prone to mosquito bites. Seems like my blood is so sweet for the mosquitoes that I am one of their fave targets. If I would want to stay outside for long, maybe an outdoor fireplaces is what I need. I’ll put something in the fireplace like a citronella leaves to burn and work as insect repellent. Let’s wait until the rainy season is over and I’ll be going out during the night often.

yes…I am. My Japayuki (japayuki, in lay man’s term a lady working in Japan as entertainer or whatever!) plant that we bought last year during Araw ng Dabaw already have flower buds. I actually don’t know why it’s called Japayuki. Can’t wait to see the flowers! Hope the plant will survive the flowering stage not like what happened to Carol’s same plant that died after the flowers wither. Starting tomorrow, I will get photos of the buds until the flowers will bloom and finally wither. Isn’t that exciting? For me, it is! Sorry to my Euphorbia’s because I don’t get excited anymore when they bloom…shhhh.
