Author: We had so much of lechon yesterday. We also brought home some for my sissies, Donald and the kids. I don’t know if they wanted to eat it as is or we will cook it to lechon paksiw. So we will have lechon once again when they arrive. Oh my, lechon seems like part of the diet always. Don’t tell me I would need one of the best weight loss products if I continue on eating lechon often. Lechon’s just tempting and yummy especially if it’s from Porkito’s. I can’t just resist eating especially the crunchy, crispy skin! Yum! Yum!

Yesterday we celebrated the birthday of Daddy Tony (my father-in-law). We planned for a surprise for him and indeed he was really surprised with this….
a gift from Ace’ sister and her hubby. We ordered lechon at Porkito’s (the best lechon house so far here in the city). It’s super yummy as always. It has become mine and Ace’ fave lechon for three years now. So if you’re looking for the best lechon in town, don’t bother to look around. Just go straight to Porkito’s Lechon along F. Torres cor. Mabini Sts. in Davao City.

After two days of craving for an ice cream, finally we had it yesterday! Ace went to the nearest convenience store to buy me my antibiotic and he bought Selecta Double Dutch which became everybody’s fave since we first tasted it. It’s still too early for an afternoon snack but we (with my sisters, BIL and Ella) pigged out on the ice cream and loaf bread that he bought. “Twas such a heaven eating that cold treat on hot afternoon and I don’t care about getting fat because I just had two scoops. Will that make me fat? I don’t think so. Unless I eat ice cream more often plus pizza, fastfood-prepared foods, pastas and other fattening foods. But since those foods are not always part of my daily diet, I guess I am safe and I am spared from taking the best new diet pill in the diet supplement industry unless of course we adapt that fastfood-restaurant eating all-the-time lifestyle. We don’t have so much money to waste on those commercially prepared fattening foods so it will definitely take too long before I will be needing fat burners.
