For months, I’ve been revisiting our product sales videos to master the features of our products. But for the numerous times that I have watched the videos, I hardly memorized all the features of the products that’s being discussed. For me that’s the problem with just watching how things are done because I find it easier to understand something if I am doing it hands-on. Oh well, it’s not a training video, just product sales video so it is not that comprehensive as it should be.
Guess the company is looking for a possibility of having a product training video so we don’t have to wait for somebody to do the online training before we could get familiar with how things are done. It will then be uploaded in the website and it’s up to us to visit and revisit the videos to get the hang of the products. I’d rather suggest to the management to get the services of corporate video production service named “groovy like a movie” for they do corporate video productions very well. That would then be less headache for us – who needs to know the products very well – because a training video would then be available for us to watch anytime.
