Ace is now hooked with Farm Town and Poker. Now I have to take the backseat everytime he’s home so he could play at his heart’s content. Now his desire on getting a PS3 has been forgotten because he now spends so much of his time in front of the PC tending his farm and playing poker. It’s his routine everyday after dinner. Sometimes, dinner has to wait because as soon as he steps in the house, just before he could take off his socks and change his uniform, he’s seated in front of the PC. Hence, I need to wait for my turn to use the PC each night unless he goes to bed right after dinner.

Yesterday’s news item was terrifying. A public utility vehicle and a utility truck had a head-on collision that left many passangers dead on the spot while others are injured. Witnesses said it is the speedy PUJ driver’s fault for overtaking without caution. Yes, it is an accident and for others, nobody should be blamed. But for me, if I were on the shoes of the PUJ passengers, I would probably sue the driver and let him pay the price of driving wrecklessly. Had it been that he drove cautiously, accident would have been prevented. But since it’s over and damage has been done to the lives of the victims and their families, the driver has nothing to do but face the consequences of his actions. How I wish we have lawyers in this side of the globe that specializes on personal injury such as vehicular accidents. However, if we were in Seattle, the Seattle personal injury attorneys would be of great help to those who wanted to sue the driver or for those who wanted to seek legal advice regarding personal injury due to accidents or whatever causes. Now I hope the victims will find justice soon.

This was last week’s fill-ins. Since I am out for a trip that time, it’s only now that I am doing this meme.

And…here we go!

1. It’s time for Friday Fill-Ins!

2. Secluded beach; it’s not a bad place for quiet moments.

3. I must be seriously working on my tasks now.

4. Love is the best thing I have ever known.

5. My goal for this week is simply to finish my tasks both with my fulltime and sideline work.

6. The last time I laughed really loudly was when during my uncle’s (Mamang’s BIL) wake when my aunt and my uncle’s sisters are reminiscing their teenage years and how they flirt during their time.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to visit Eman at the hospital and finish some tasks when we get home, tomorrow my plans include replanting the herbs I bought at the Kadayawan 2009 Agro-Trade Fair and Sunday, I want to attend Sunday worship!
